Delegate registration is now closed. If you need details of your registration, or require alteration or amendment of your booking, please e-mail your request to the Cochrane Colloquium Secretariat at colloquium doesnotexist@cochrane.org platinumone.ie. Please see other contact information for the Colloquium Secretariat at the bottom of this page.

Please note that confirmation of registration should have been sent immediately by e-mail to the e-mail address you have given. If you did not receive an e-mail immediately informing you that you have registered, please contact the Colloquium Secretariat <colloquium doesnotexist@cochrane.org platinumone.ie> as your registration may not have been successful.

Registration includes participation in all Colloquium sessions, refreshment breaks and lunches, the Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner.

Developing country registration is now closed.

Registration/Information Desk
The Colloquium Registration/Information Desk is located on the ground floor of The Burlington Hotel and is for any queries you have about the Colloquium programme, social events, facilities at the venue and getting the most from your stay in Dublin. It will be open at the following times:

Tuesday 24 October        08.00 - 17.30
Wednesday 25 October   08.00 - 17.30

Colloquium packs and badges
Each delegate must check-in at the Colloquium Registration/Information Desk and collect their Colloquium pack and identification badge before attending any sessions or events.

Everyone is requested to wear their identification badge at alll times; these are required to gain admission to sessions, the exhibition area and social functions included in the registration fee. Social event tickets are included in your registration documentation and may be presented to gain entry.

Attendance certificates
Certificates of attendance will be provided on request from the Colloquium registration desk.

Cancellation and refunds
Registration cancellations must be sent in writing to the Colloquium Secretariat <colloquium doesnotexist@cochrane.org platinumone.ie>. Cancellations received by Friday 22 September 2006 will receive a refund of the registration fee, minus a 50 euros administration charge. These refunds will be processed within three months of the close of the Colloquium. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after Friday 22 September 2006.

Liability Disclaimer
Cancellation or Change of Location or Date of the Colloquium

Where, by reason of any event outside the Conference Organiser's reasonable control (including, without limitation, any strike or other industrial action involving the Conference Organiser's own workforce), the Conference Organiser considers that the Colloquium or any part thereof is prevented from being held in a particular way or location or on a particular date, the Conference Organiser shall be entitled in its absolute discretion to cancel, vary, relocate or change the date of all or any part of the Colloquium. In such circumstances, the Conference Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, liability, expenses, costs or claims incurred by delegates (including, without limitation, any payments made by delegates in respect of registration fees, accommodation or travel arrangements).

In the event of the Conference Organiser exercising any of its rights referred to above, delegates shall have no right to any refunds, damages, costs or expenses from the Conference Organiser. Delegates are responsible for taking out any insurance that they consider appropriate given the Conference Organiser's rights and the circumstances set out above (including, without limitation, medical, travel and personal insurance).
